“Airplus installed a new replacement system in our house, and the drain pan was installed incorrectly. Due to the faulty installation, the liquid from the system drained out the secondary drain and stained the side of my house. This problem was pointed out to Melissa, Nelson and Sam of Airplus and nothing has been done to correct the problem. I will not recommend Airplus because their customer service has been very disappointing. Someone needs to contact me ASAP”
