Umar is professional and knowledgeable! He explained everything and worked with me to get things done right on my HVAC unit. He was tardy but beyond his control he said.The scheduling at Air Plus needs to improve though! I got this scheduled months in advance and the company tries to resched me days before changing the time and all. Totally unacceptable! Good that the operations supervisor intervened and authorized him to work OT so we keep the date.

Customer service responded promptly, dispatched as fast as they could, gave an update via text, in person when and who and ETA. Total reassuring. The tech, Kumar, came in, assessed the issue, worked on it quietly and efficiently. Explained in easy to understand language what the issue was. Then cleaned up the work area completely. Asked if I have any questions. Explained my warranty coverage - again in easy understand language without some sales or frightening jargons. Very professional. I know, because I have dealt with some HVAC companies that I had nightmares with before as a homeowner of 30 years.

Omit R. From Airplus was here to clean the blower on our HVAC so the motor does not burn out. He was professional and quick. It took about 1 hour He was friendly and helpful. This cleaning is generally needed every 3-5 years so call Omit. Happy with his work and would definitely recommend him.

The techs are nice and do good work but unfortunately they have somewhat predatory pricing. Because of this I have to advise you steer clear. Charging $576 for a job that competitors are charging $300 for seems a bit absurd. There are plenty of other reputable companies who are just as qualified and significantly more reasonable.
