We recently had our HVAC replaced they did a fantastic job. We had a small issue with the a wire connection; I reached out to Melissa and she sent someone over ASAP! Umar Came and fixed the problem, explained everything to us and was very efficient, kind and professional!!

Customer service responded promptly, dispatched as fast as they could, gave an update via text, in person when and who and ETA. Total reassuring. The tech, Kumar, came in, assessed the issue, worked on it quietly and efficiently. Explained in easy to understand language what the issue was. Then cleaned up the work area completely. Asked if I have any questions. Explained my warranty coverage - again in easy understand language without some sales or frightening jargons. Very professional. I know, because I have dealt with some HVAC companies that I had nightmares with before as a homeowner of 30 years.

Omit R. From Airplus was here to clean the blower on our HVAC so the motor does not burn out. He was professional and quick. It took about 1 hour He was friendly and helpful. This cleaning is generally needed every 3-5 years so call Omit. Happy with his work and would definitely recommend him.
